About the Project
RVN Enterprises serves as the Construction Manager for this unique project. This project consists of two elements that make up the entire project. The first portion of the project consists of 9 new townhomes and the second portion is the renovation and conversion of an old office building to a 37-unit multi-family residential building.
Townhomes
The Townhome portion of the project is made up of two separate buildings. One building is 5 units while the other is 4 units.
